I had another technician come out and check my water heater and after dealing with my insurance, I was still without hot water for a week. EPI came in and took care of my problem immediately. After speaking to Darlene at the office at EPI, she got the technicians out to my house and I had a new water heater within a couple of hours. I highly recommend this plumbing company for any plumbing problems. This is the second time I have used them and I am still a very happy customer.

The Ice Storm caused leaks in our water pipes. Because we have a slab we needed a complete re-route of all our plumbing. EPI had a long waiting list, but it was worth the wait. The plumbers were professional and worked well together. They were careful with their work and always cleaned up after each day. Excellent service! I had a plumbing emergency that required immediate attention and called several plumbers. Most could get to it later in the week.
